Our take on a classic Indian dish. Marinated chicken breast seared off and roasted with charred coconut shell and Indian spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice, coffee and corridor roasted carrots. Topped with creme fraiche, and a side of yogurt dipping sauce.
