Welcome to 212 Meals! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Ordering and Payments
- Menus are posted every Monday at 11 AM. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 1 PM.
- Payment is required at the time of order through the checkout system.
- We do not offer subscriptions or require recurring commitments. Orders are made week-by-week.
2. Pickup Policy
- You select a pickup location during checkout. Pickup is available Monday during posted hours at your chosen location.
- If you miss pickup on Monday, your meals will be bagged with your name on them and stored in our fridge at that location.
- Meals not picked up by Saturday (or Sunday, depending on location policy) will be discarded.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for meals not picked up once delivered to your selected location.
3. Refunds and Satisfaction
We are proud to have over 1,200 5-star reviews. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can work to make it right.
Refunds are not issued for missed pickups, last-minute changes in availability, or changes in dietary preference after ordering.
4. Meal Preparation and Ingredients
- All meals are fully cooked and ready to eat.
- Meals are designed to last in the fridge through the week and can be frozen for up to 6 weeks.
- Containers are BPA-free and microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
- Ingredient lists and macros (calories, protein, carbs, fats) are provided on the website and printed labels.
5. Dietary Information
- We offer low-carb, gluten-free, and dairy-free options weekly.
- Customizations or substitutions are not available.
- Meals are made in a shared kitchen. While we have protocols in place to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee meals are free from allergens. Contact us with questions prior to ordering.
6. Pricing and Promotions
- Meals are $12.49 each. Additional protein is available for $2.99 per meal.
- No bulk discounts are offered.
- First-time customer discounts or seasonal promotions may be offered occasionally and are not retroactive.
7. Communication & Privacy
You may provide your email and/or phone number during checkout to receive updates, reminders, and exclusive offers via email or SMS.
You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails or by replying “STOP” to our texts.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information. Your info is used solely to serve you better and communicate your order status and updates.
Your data is protected under modern security standards.

Shipping Policy (Pickup Policy)
While we do not offer shipping, our pickup process is simple and clear:
Select your pickup location at checkout.
Meals are available for pickup each Monday during posted hours.
If missed, you can pick up meals anytime during the week during the location’s hours of operation.
All meals not picked up by Saturday (or Sunday) will be discarded.
