HOW IT WORKS
Every week we put our new menu on the website on Monday at 11am. You have until Thursday at 1pm to place your order. All meals ordered during that window of time will be available for pickup the following Monday from the location that you select.
Yes it does. Each week we offer 15 different menu items. The menu changes each week and we offer 2 breakfast items, 4 low-carb options, 1 pound of cooked chicken as well as lunch and dinner options.
Yes, we do. Each week we offer 2 breakfast options, 12 lunch/dinner options and 1 pound of cooked chicken.
We do not have subscriptions or require any upfront commitments. We’ve built our process with the customer in mind allowing you to order each week at your convenience.
When you check out you will select the pickup location that works best for you. The hours of pickup are listed on our website. On Monday you will go to your location during the pickup hours and your food will be bagged with your name on it inside of our 212 fridge. Just grab your order and you are all set.
If you miss your pickup on Monday you can go back to the location anytime during the week in which they are open and pickup your order. All order must be picked up by Saturday or the will be discarded.
We are always looking for new partnerships with gyms in the areas that we serve. If you would like to have your gym as an official 212 pickup, contact us and we will reach out with all of the information on how it works.
PRICING
All meals are $11.49 per meal. You can also add extra protein for an additional $2.00 per meal.
We do not offer any bulk order discounts. Our focus is to provide the best possible pricing regardless of how many meals you order.
We do not run any specials or discount. Our main goal with pricing is to provide the most affordable meal to our customers each and every week.
FOOD
We recommend anything that you pickup and plan to eat by the end of the week to keep in the fridge. Anything you do not plan to eat by end of week we recommend freezing for up to 6 weeks.
All meals come cooked and ready to eat.
You can heat them up in the microwave, our containers are microwave safe and we recommend heating them up between 90 seconds to 2 minutes depending on your preference. If you have the access to it we also recommend heating up meals out of the containers in a pan, you can use an air fryer or oven for burritos, quesadillas, etc to add an extra crisp to them.
We source organic food as much as possible but not all of our meals are certified organic. We source the highest quality food as each week while still keeping our pricing as affordable as possible.
Yes we do. Each week we offer four Low-Carb options as well as a variety of Gluten Free and Dairy Free. We do have meals on the menu that would work with keto, our recommendation would be to check the macros and see what lines up best for you.
We do not offer the option to customize meals. All meals come as they are listed on our website.
Yes we do. You can see the macros for each dish on the website as well as on the label that comes on the meal. We provide the calories, carbs, proteins and fat amount.
We provide the ingredients on every dish. If there is anything that you have a question about please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to look into any ingredient. We do not offer the option to customize meals so would be unable to remove any ingredients if needed. When preparing the food we have process in place to ensure cross contamination does not occur. Everything is made in the same space so if you have any concerns please reach out and we would be happy to answer any questions.
PACKAGING
Yes they are. We do not offer any type of recycling program where we pickup containers or reuse them due to DHEC guidelines. All of our containers are BPA free and we always encourage our customers to recycle them.
Yes they are. Our containers are BPA free and safe to microwave, freeze or go through the dishwasher and refuse for yourself.
